I arrived at the site around daybreak. It was an old condemned home located on a corner lot in a not so nice part of town.
I didn't want to hang around there long so I decided to 'cherry pick' the site and get out of there fast. I set up in the 3 tone audio ID using the boost mode. I was able to use full sensitivity without any chatter.
I decided to dig nothing but the high tones or any mix of high tones. Right off I got a 1955 Washington Quarter, and about 5 feet away I popped a 1919 Mercury Dime.
Along the way I found 14 Wheat Pennies and some clad coins. My last silver coin was a 1957 Rosie Dime that was next to the sidewalk.
The surrounding area started to wake up. The pit bulls started barking and cars with boomboxes where slowly driving by, so I decided it was time to leave. I was only there for around 45 minutes or so.
