Redfish as they are called down on the Gulf. When I lived on the Chesapeake they call 'em Red Drum. I call 'em DELICIOUS... :D
No matter how you cook them - they are fantastic eatin'. Throw in the soft crabs and shrimp and Steve is gonna make me drive down to the coast for a fix... ;D

Great post. Now I'm hungry...lol

no just a jobless beach person right now.you eat all of the crab those are softshell crab and very good
