Flat Button Resource - Help dating button

Over the weekend I found this flat button, which is just a tad over 3/4" diameter. Does anyone have an idea where to get resource information to date flat buttons.. I have several others I found over the past week.. any help would be appreciated.

Standard Rich Colour is a quality mark meaning it was gilt. circa 1830s

I not seen many with that much detail on the reverse, always makes me wonder why the bothered.

First half of the 1800s for most flat buttons, unless they are either tombac, pewter, or large (33mm or larger).

If they have a company name on the back, then that will narrow it down further, but otherwise 1800-1850 is your date range.
