It is, in fact a 'sand dollar' (Clypeasteroida). The only problem is that Clypeasteroida first appeared in the Paleocene 56 million years ago, and as I previously mentioned, the Jurassic ended 145 million years ago. So basically, it isn't from the Jurassic. Don't get me wrong though, it is sand dollar, and a good find.

Like Harry said, don't take our word for it. Take the information we give you and run with it. If you want to know about your fossil, do some research. Here is a easy Wikipedia link to get started:
