This is one of the artifacts in the recent newnanman bombing. Tried to look it up tonight @ pp.net & came up empty. Any of you gator wrestlers know what/when ? Beautiful work, whoever did it. Base is @ right angle.

It’s a Bolen Plain ..9000- 5000 BP..Bases can be slightly concave, convex or straight, while straight is not common it of course does exist,

That point looks like it was a broken blade that was Re-based and thus is going to be hard to identify a standard type.

If it’s a corner or basal notched originally and broke 90 deg like that it would be difficult to notch it again the same way, coming in from the side would be the most efficient fix
