I tried a google search for the Institute for International Maritime Research; couldn't come up with much of anything. Does anyone know anything about them. I'm just curious how they can match FL's $50k and do four weeks of searching. I need a budget like that. Not to mention permits basically almost handed to you, sounds fun.

This is amazing.
First you say there is nothing there and now you say it is a schooner carrying cedar for pencils.I will agree that there is a wreck that appears to be what you say.
But I never heard of a schooner carrying cannons. We seem to learn something new everyday.
