My father died suddenly, unexpectedly, in his sleep 6 years ago. Aged late 50's.

I'm happy it was a peaceful death for him. I'm sad it wasn't drawn out and we could end with some loving memories shared between us. Or that I could just tell him I loved him. :sad10:

Enjoy every minute with the living while you can. Can all be gone in the twinkling of an eye.

Time is so precious. Relish the time shared with the ones you love sharing the things they love.

Best wishes to you in your difficulties.

So sorry to hear this, just being there and doing your best is enormous. You have another family here, hope we could all take a bit of your burden to ease your pain, but time will.
My sincere condoleances Bill, hang on and be strong Bill, we are all sending our prayers.

I totally agree... I tried to stress this same thing to others after my daughter & grandson were killed in Jan. 2015...!

If you really love someone and truly care about them.... Tell them often. Visit, call, text or email but nothing will take the place of a timely personal call now and then. I missed that chance and live with it daily.

Brad,

I vividly remember when you lost your dear ones last year a very trying time I'm sure....the best we can do is keep the good memories of times spent together close to our hearts.

I have lost 2 brothers to cancer so I can identify with your pain. There really isn't much anyone can say to make things better but just know that we really do feel your pain and hope things go as smooth as possible for everyone's sake.
