I'd disagree on that being natural all day long :coffee2:
but I do know most so-called expert archeologists deny what they can't explain.

I'm actually Surprised the Sphinx and pyramids Hasn't been Declared Natural Erosion

That's Possible I Suppose.. In my Mind anything that's Pareidolia there would be a certain amount of people who Couldn't see it,
No matter what. like the op's (Sorry G_W) I Can't imagine anyone can Honestly say They Don't see the Eyes Nose & Mouth on that Head Without even Trying. it's like saying whistler's mother is Pareidolia
