The tiny stony donuts, loose or in cobbles, are crinoid stems. The chain-like inclusions in the cobbles are Halysites sp., a tabulate coral. These may be Silurian in age. Are you collecting on a Great Lakes beach?

Yes I am. I go to the beach a couple times a week and always find some sort of fossils like these . Lake Michigan , Illinois side.
