Went to the river with my wife and cousins from California to do some fossil hunting. Had a great day in 70 degree weather. Thanks for looking.

Really cool, do you ever find native american artifacts? Looks like a beautiful river, and shallow enough that you would see any alligator.

You have some nice size sharks teeth. The largest I found here in NE Florida is about 1-1/8" long, but the kids get excited at any size.

Not in this river but I have in some of the other ones in the state but of course I put them back as it is against the law . It's ok to pick them up on dry land but not in the water as the state own's all sumerged land But it is ok for fossils. Gattors are every where but they are good to eat.

Sorry it is a small river and is on private land but the peace river has some great spots and there is a canoe rental in Arcadia and a good camp ground .
