...what do you guys think? The one side shows perfect detail and the entire other side looks completely off...is this an error from the mint or is it PMD?

hmmm, maybe a greased die error? I'm not an expert on these sorts of things but that's my best guess

It looks like PMD to me*.

Kinda looks like it has come into contact with something corrosive. But as others have said im not an expert

Post-Mint-Damage. The Coin was fully struck however came across damage throughout its circulation. You can tell how the details are there but are being killed down with being in contact with some kind of chemical. Worth a 1.5 cents in copper.
