Found a cool tool and wore out point on way home

Almost dark thirty and came past my friends field. He had just planted it in drilled Canola. I found a really cool tool and a worn out triangular. This is an early site and has kicked some good kirks and stone celts.
Anyhow first pieces I guess is a scrapper at around 3 inches Kinda like the hump back ones. Single long flakes on top with secondary edge work on the bits on the bottom. It has a little crystal inclusion pocket in the stone. The second little point was probably discarded due to wear
Here are the pics. I will try to show the flaking and the secondary work on the bits. Any thoughts are appreciated.











Tried shooting these in high resolution so you can see the tiny crystals in the stone hard to get them to sparkle right. Double click the pic might zoom you in.

I like that material, and the odd tool form too. The stone looks a bit translucent like a chalcedony, and you just know that thousands of years ago that tool maker sat and looked intently at that cool little crystal pocket, that he had to work around, just as you do today. HH

Thanks for the replies. Sometimes I kinda think celt but we also called them hump back scrapers to. The tools like this always make me wonder what were they thinking and doing. It is an old site and never has any woodland or Mississippian in it. I think as game became scarce they moved more towards the big rivers for easier pickings as populations grew here.

Looks a lot like the one I found yesterday I believe both are a wood working tool like a type of an Adze. A Celt would crack or break with it being flint just to easy imo.
