Well, a train car full anyway
Went down to the beach early this morning, hadn't been in a while, I figured I would have found more . Maybe it's just the wrong time of year, that and the wet sand was sending the BH crazy, Have to go back soon at low tide and try and hit the towel line. Total clad for today was $1.96. 2 plastic toys, a SS spoon, and a small Swiss Army style knife that apparently "Dustin" lost. The token is for a small local amusement park, and the little pendant is just junk jewelry.
Not pictured is all the trash I found, it still amazes me how much stuff people throw on the ground intentionally:
Dozen or so beer bottle caps
4 pull tabs
2 Skoal tin lids
7 tent spikes
Random piece of galvanized steel
2 bent nails
2 soda cans
bits of wire
handful of gum wrappers
2 shirt/jeans buttons
The tent spikes were found by the beach volleyball courts, they use them to hold down the perimeter tape, though obviously, they don't always pick them back up...
