Found a KGII while doing my part for social distancing

Got out for a few hours and dug a ton of junk, one Jeff nickel and a King George II half penny. Not in great shape but better than most I have found. If my eyes are right I can barely make out 1746 with a loupe. I would gladly take this on every hunt. Happy hunting and stay warm out there.

Knowing how difficult it can be to find a copper that is even identifiable, at least in my area, I think that coin is in terrific shape. I would be very happy with that one. Congrats!

I have never found a 1700's coin that I could get a date from.

Boom Baby thats how its done thats some sweet coinage. Im still hoping for one of those being my town was foundned in 1826 not likely unless someone like you carried it in their pocket while visiting Ann Arbor and dropped it lol Ya wanna come for a visit!!!!!! I have already done that with Andres pencils. That is how I was able to get a date.
