And I mean small! It's pretty cool though, any silver makes for a good day. These are actually finds from yesterday as I just didn't have a chance to post till today. I hit a playground at a school, hunting in the woodchips again. What I discovered though is that the school is pretty old so I also did a quick scan outside of the playground area. That's where i found 2 wheat pennies, both pretty beat up but one is a 1911...my second oldest coin! The other is a 1930, 36 or 38, can't really see the last number that well. Both are now soaking in olive oil. I know there has got to be silver coins there as one of the quarters I found was a 1965 and another was a 1967. Also 2 of the dimes were from 1967. So close to silver but not quite! The guitar earring was pretty cool but just junk jewelry and the little metal soldier guy was cool to find. Had a fun day out with the Ace 250 and I'll definitely hit this spot again...
