Found a shield today

[John Deere Digger]

detected a site today that I think has been hit alot. No good targets at a very old house. Decided to dig all the iffy targets I could find, and after what seemed like a 100 pieces of can slaw, out popped this baby. Not in good shape but a first for me. Looks like an 1875.

Thanks slippperyjack. that's the first thing I saw when I logged on, Someone else found one too. I think his is worth a little more though. Mine is a little better than the picture, I can't get good pictures of corroded coins.

Thanks, Rudy2003-crazyjarhead and richdigger. I dug alot of trash targets before finding this one. Was concentrating on the low conducters, lead, can slaw and a few buttons- hoping to find a few missed coins. I guess I will have to clean out the iron to see if there a any missed silver.
