I have to agree with testing123. It does look more like an 8 to me.
The "known" 1934 errors are in the motto not the date.

However, I'm no expert by any means so get someone with a good loupe to verify.

Checked with a loop and it does look like it has copper... hahaha it was a fun find :)

I like the other finds, to include some wheats and silver.
I apologize to be the bearer of bad news but the quarter looks like a 1984-P to me as well. Silver will have a more whitish color than copper nickel clad. Also as others have noted, in the edge you will have a coppery color on clad. On Washington Quarters the mintmark was not put on the obverse (heads) until 1968 (after the change to copper nickel clad), and the P mint mintmark was not used on quarters until 1980.
