This was just found in a small creek. It's near an old wagon trail. It's 15 ft and the same on both ends. It was straight but got bent pulling it out. Any ideas? Over an inch thick.

Double-eyed tension/suspension bridge brace. Since it was found in the creek- check local upstream history/ records/ newspapers and look for a flooding event that might have damaged or destroyed an old suspension bridge. HH yelnif

i have an old iron bridge beside my house those things are falling off to. age wise they are you would have to go to town and get old maps and see if u can find the bridge.
