Found in the change of my pocket

I just now found this un-struck penny within the change of my pocket. It's blank on both sides. I guess we'll never really know the year this happened ?? That's the first I've ever found one like it.

I have one of those somewhere from many years ago when I was working a register. Opened up a new uncirculated roll of pennies and out it came. That was the first time I had ever seen one!

Very cool to find. Not an extreme value error but worth significantly more than a penny! Nice one

Yeah I didn't think it be worth a whole lot, but definitely rare to find in circulation.
