:headbang:

I've driven past this house (1855) a million times. I finally ask the landlord if I could do my thing.

He says "Sure, there were probably slaves there at one time" In Ohio? :icon_scratch:

I search for about 10 minutes and then the sky starts looking like a horror movie.

Up popped a 1845 cent--I did a dance right there in the yard--I hope no one saw me.

This has been my goal for 20 years of TH'ERing.
The treasure gods were looking down on me last night!

Welcome to the large cent club. I only have one and it's a kinda weird one but I'll take it. It's a great feeling to dig one.
May you find many more.

Congrats on the LC..... still looking for my first!

The weather got really bad east of Cincy yesterday but missed my location. Unfortunately, I'm not detecting this weekend.... XTerra sent in for repair and the Ace 250 is on loan. UGH!

Make sure you get out of there when this happens. I used to push my luck with the weather until this experience two years ago:

Congrats on the first LC, I only have one too but they're a nice find for Ohio. And I love when the sky gets all ominous like that. ;D
