That is quite a find, definitely better than most IH pennies a person could find. :icon_thumright:

If it's lead, I guess it would be hard to restore without melting it and making it worse, but you could always just put it in a Riker style display case with a glass front to hold everything together.

Age? I'm guessing anywhere from 1850's to about 1880, but I could be wrong.

It's more than likely brass. boil it in water then gently straighten each bend. you will have to bend it a bit and put it back in the water and repeat the process several times. You should be able to feel when the metal is cooling enough where it might break. I've done it with tons of relics everything from hatpieces to belt buckles. the main thing is take your time.

Guess it was newer than I thought, still quite a find.

If it's brass, you could solder or braze it back together :icon_thumright:

I have the Jesus. My Unle gave some of his CW relics and I saw the Jesus in there with no arms. I found the arms and put them back togather. I could get some pictures...
