hello hunted the spot thats been giving me alot of goodies a few days ago i found a blanket buckle .and today i found a military button says ,newark nj r liebmann mfg co,not sure how old i think ww1,,it was giving me a 91 on the at pro at least 6-7 inches deep was thinking maybe silver but ill take it,,also this hinge looking thing pat jan 2 83 im sure its 1883 it was also deep in the roots,,a lid to something and two shot gun shell american eagle 16g and canuck canada 12g never heard of that one,,not sure about the bell looking item ,thanks for looking 000_1406.JPG 000_1396.JPG 000_1397.JPG 000_1400.JPG 000_1407.JPG 000_1408.JPG

great seal button was introduced in 1902 * --the pat 83 would most likely be 1883*

1901 to 1904 era for the 16 gauge american eagle - its a scarce if not rare one - rated as a 1 rarity level --it was bought out by marlin *

I think the button is more recent than WWI. More likely WWII or Korea. The style would be the same, but the wear is extremely light for a button 100 years old.
