Found Same Quarter A Second Time!

I had found a clad quarter detecting recently and went and used it at the laundrymat. Then I went to get change out of the change machine at the laudrymat and out comes the same dark, 1973 quarter I had found and used earlier in one of the machines, still had some of the dirt on it...ok, so they put it back in the change machine, but chances of me getting it again, somewhat remote.

Maybe it is a take off on the bad penny always coming back? A found dirty clad quarter and its finder will meet again.

I give my son a lot of my dirty clad for the car wash.

I wonder if the Slots in Vegas are set up to payout with different coins? Could insert a few quarters then push the payout button...voila...new coins! Would that work?

Well I think the quarter just likes you very much, maybe in love, so just keeps returning. I would not spend it though, keep it nice and warm, you never know maybe he/she will go visit some real old relatives....

I see the guy that owns the local carwash at the convenient store the other morning and he comes out and ask me if I'm the guy that it putting all the dirty change in his machines. My mouth says no My eyes and smile said yes. I am the only guy in our town of 800 constantly using dirty money. Hang onto that quarter. I would drill a hole in it and hang it round my neck for good luck
