I decided to brave the melting snow and mud and headed to my favorite spot. It didn't disappoint. Two wheaties, 1941 Jefferson and a nice 1944 Silver Washington. Second silver of the year. $0.37 in clad also. All of last year I only had about 5 silvers. It is going to be a good year. Now just to break the century mark!

Very nice finds. Only silver I found last year was 5 dimes. 3 mercs and 2 rosy's. I'm hoping to find more and some larger ones this year. I was hoping to get out soon, but there predicting more snow this weekend. YUCK!

Nice finds!
You're definitely off to a roaring start this year. I'm looking forward to getting dirty myself, but unless I leave the state, it's not gonna be anytime soon thanks to that damn groundhog in Pennsylvania.
