Found the source of my magnetite

013.JPG 012.JPG 002.JPG I moved up above the headwaters of my creek and found an outcropping of what I believe to be chromite. That's a fridgerator magnet stuck on it. Also the white rock is in contact with the chromite along with another type rock not pictured in contact. The chromite, if that is actually what it is, is known to be in the area and and I must give kudos and thanks to Land Matters for the help in research of this area. Now to back up and go back down to the creek and continue the sample plan and see if I can find more of what is so far very small gold. :headbang:
