With the hologram most coin shops in my area will only pay a percentage of spot for this eagle. It's numismatic value is damaged. It's just an ounce of silver bullion to them.The hologram adds nothing to the value.

Its bullion. They rarely have numismatic value, but they do carry a premium.
It's worth its weight in silver plus a couple bucks.
