It looks a lot like a Savannah River Point and they are up in your area, Someone more familiar with your area may give you a better answer because there is several stemmed points like it in your area.

Nice! Looks like could be Bare Island Point
Archaic through woodland period. There's also Susquehanna broad point as well. But your going to have to research the local finds,tribes, typo ect.... In the area To get a solid ID. Great find though!

Although I am a long term New England hunter/collector, that only means that I have learned how very tough typology can really be. With that in mind, it seems to best match either Merrimack or Bare Island. My best guess is a Late Archaic Merrimack point, which are in the 6000 years old range. And as others have said, very nice point by whatever name.
