'Tis a generic token, typically used in video arcade game machines. Dates from the 1980s to the present.

I believe Ivan Salis has a post in the what is it section about this same token. Theres a few good links in there that help ID it. check it out. Incidentally, I found one of the same tokens in a schoolyard in upstate New York. Heres mine.
