With that double rim it looks like a medallion. What is the diameter?

1 1/4” across and 4” all the way around

In your first photo at 4-5 o'clock
Looks like it says" Nation" or "Ration " followed by "?. T."
Just before that at 7 o'clock you can almost make out another word maybe
"Golf / beer" or part of a bigger word..
Been looking at this for awhile... I'm shure some 1 can figure it out.
