Found with MXT: Can you identfy this mineral/rock/ore?

Found this today.? My MXT went into overload when I hit this rock.? If I move a foot or two away, the VDI readings vary but are below 50%. It's about the size of a fist, and weighs maybe 1.5 to 2? pounds... I have to get a scale to be sure but its awful heavy.? Perhaps just simple iron ore?? Is it ok to post this here or should I post this instead in the Nugget Shooting forum?

A friend identified it... Tungsten. Hoefully today I'll find something other than ore!

If it's alot, stake a claim on it and sell the claim! You could become wealthy from this if you can find a source for it and it's on public lands.
