Four Boxes - 16 90's and 34 40%'ers

Folks,
This week's four boxes of Halves was better than last week's; the trend here is improving. The subject line says it all. One box produced an especially high ratio of 90-to-40%'ers, you have to love it when that happens.

This week's take came in at about 10.8 troy ounces of silver. One of the "silver's" was a nice mirror-finish 1963 Ben Proof, really a nice example with good detail. I also pulled three Obama coins that went into folks at work as gifts, and a 1981-S clad proof that looks a little "used".

The numbers and pictures by box and collected together are offered below.

Box 1: 2x 90% (the 1963 Ben Proof and a 1964 Kennedy); and 9x 40% (1x 1965, 1x 1966; 2x 1967, and 5x 1968-D).

Box 2: 6x 90% (a 1943 Walker (love those ladies!) and 5x 1964 Kennedy's); and 7x 40% (1x 1966; 3x 1967, and 3x 1968-D).

Box 3: 6x 90% (all 1964 Kennedy's); and 9x 40% (1x 1965, 2x 1966; 2x 1967, 2x 1968-D, and 2x 1969-D).

Box 4: 2x 90% (both 1964 Kennedy's); and 9x 40% (1x 1966, 3x 1967, 3x 1968-D, and 2x 1969-D).

I continue to hope that you are all doing well and wish each of you the very best.

Happy hunting.
Steve

Good boxes! Seems things are picking up for many of us with half searching this year. The Walking Liberty is one of my favorite designed coins. Congrats! :icon_thumleft:

Steve,
Great score. Gotta love those 90%ers. It appears from the forum today, that things are really looking up for everyone. I had a feeling that would happen. Best of luck to you! It's out there for the finding. Just keep at it. Great pix, thanks!!!

Looks like many of those 90%ers came from the same lot since they look AU/BU..
