I haven't seen too much of the foxes since i went away for a month long fishing trip in Oct. A friend did put out some food a coupe of times while I was away but since I returned I only see a few come around at dusk or dark. Yesterday this one came out in the day so I was able to get a few pics of him/her with full winter coat. Last pic is the fox lying down for a nap after eating a couple of hard boiled eggs I had put out for them.

Love that contrast with the snow.

I like to keep the foxes around because they eat the voles, so I feed them cat food in the winter. Now I'll try hardboiled eggs too.

Mom feeds the raccoons on our back porch. Then of course the bear here grow big, one in the front yard last year the size of a VW bug. And then there was the Lynx in my back yard several years ago. Unfortunately we have a lot of copperheads too.

I don't kill critters - BUT copperheads I do.
