What Free picture editor is good for copying a pic, making lines, symbols, writing on it and then posting here on TN?

Do you have Windows 7 ?? If so, Windows Paint should be a free program...try it and see if ya like it!!

Thanks, I downloaded it, tried it, and found it confusing and hard to use the free version, so I did an Uninstall. I will look for something else.

Paint is what I'm trying now. So far so good-------------at least I can undo my mistakes when I goof.

They have free tutorials there ... and if you've ever used photoshop or any other professional editor it just takes a few sessions to learn the program.
