Well if you ever get a chance to try some White Castles on a roadtrip, get some LOL.
I think you are right about it being tar. Some guys that MD on the ocean beaches get tar balls from time to time. It smells like motor oil.

My son and I always have fun whether we get anything or not. Thanks for the comment!!
