Fun finds, nothing spectacular

Got into the back yard of a permission dig in panhandle West Virginia. Besides 6 Lincoln pennies, found what's in the pictures below. The medallion thing is modern (2003), unfortunately. I think the buckle is old - can someone confirm? The chunk of lead next to the buckle looks like 1/2 a musket ball. The button(?) face down looks like a button in every respect except the shank has what looks to be a hinged loop. Never seen that before - is it, in fact, a button? Finally, the bell's pretty cool - still has its clapper.
