What's it look like at the plugs? Does it hug the unit so you can plug and unplug without having to take it off, or does it wrap the unit? Do a video on how it works. I'm sure it'd help sale it.

You do have access to the cable connectors on the bottom without having to take it off. I've thought about the video idea as it is a great one! May have to do a little commercial. :-)

Yes, the vinyl screen is removable and can be replaced by another screen instead of having to get a whole new cover.

As far as other machines, I don't have anything planned yet. Reason being is that I need to actually have the machine to do a mock-up of the contour of the boxes, display, etc. and as you all know, having those machines can be quite pricey. I would like to expand out in the future, however it's just not possible at this time. But, I am looking at some designs for pouches. I have seen some great pouches, however for me, they just are not the 'perfect' one. So look for that in a couple of months.

I do like the novelty idea. I can look at fabric to see if they have those types of designs. But, I would want it to be a higher quality fabric instead of the thin stuff. That's why all of the covers now are made with duck cloth canvas and twill, which is thicker than the generic fabric.

Oh I highly agree with the durability of the duck cloth. Great thinking on making plastic replaceable. Reason why others don't. They get to sale a whole unit. I like your thinking. I've been thinking about the pouch/tool belt assembly as well. Since only my right side fully functions I can't carry a lot of stuff. So was thinking on what to create as far as a belt with the pouches and clips for tools. Just haven't figured out the setup yet. I'll have a better idea after I go out and figure what I want on me full time. Especially since I'll be in water at times. Want pouches to seal up.

I'm actually can't use that pattern of fabric. It is too thin compared to the other. I love that pattern too.
