Great hunt! Enjoy that AT Pro. They seem like a nice machine.

By the way, that Canadian 5 cent piece is copper/nickel. HH!

Thinking about buying the AT pro...use a 250 now. What do you like about yours?

thanks ..i have bin over that land so many time . its very small but keeps on giving :occasion14:

I like the look of it... I like how deep it can see a dime.. I like how I can wave a pull tab or bottle cap over the coil and hit the eliminate button. I like how I can ground balance the Machine. I like the visual ID numbers. and I really like the audio tones in pro mode .. no annoying Bell tone sound ..and you have a better idea of what's in the ground... I also really like the iron audio.... it started raining outside so I would have to say I really like the fact that it is waterproof...I've only used it for about three and a half hours but so far that's everything I like about it and I am still discovering new things lol

the Indian ended up being in good shape after a peroxide bath :icon_thumleft:

Nice finds! It's so cool to find more good stuff at a place you thought you had "hunted out". The ATPro is such a great machine in my opinion, it revived my favourite spots and never ceases to amaze me. Now I have the 5x8 coil, and its finding masked targets that the stock coil missed.

After you pound your spots with the Pro, do it all over again with the small coil...

Great Job, what number did the silver dimes ring in as? What modes are you using ?
Awesome digs !!
Keep @ it and HH !!

Thanks...I used zero Pro Mod. 16 to 20 discrimination. with iron audio on.. .. nothing notched out...the barber dime was about 6-7 inches with lots of iron nails around it.. the number ID was very jumpy between 70 to 90.. but it sounded good and was fairly consistent with the numbers most of the dimes rang in high 70's and low 80's. like copper pennies..

COuldnt have said it better myself! Yeah in pro mode the low iron tone isnt bad at all to hear. My 350s low grunt was annoying.

AT Pro is a good machine--offeres a lot of bang for the buck! A hunting buddy of mine NJLargeCent uses one and does well. Congrats.
