Garrett marksman pb deepseeker help

Ok here's my problem, one of the battery connectors on the tray where one of the 9v battery snaps on is broken on one side so it's not getting a connection and i don't want to spend $30+ on a new battery tray ( i am cheap)so any of you guys know a quick fix on this or would I have to get a new battery tray?

If you're really adept, have an old 9 volt battery connector (if not you can buy one at Radio Shack for about $1), a very short #2 bolt, a soldering iron, and patients, you can fix it most of the time.

Thanks Alan, I am just going to sell it and let someone else try and fix it, I just picked up a nice whites coinmaster 6/db hip mount with 2 coils, headphones,manual and case for $35 at. Goodwill store yesterday so that's going to be my backup md
