Garrett Question

I`m new to the hobby but have an Garrett ADS American VLF/TR with ground hog X Co Planer Coil.
Can anyone give me a little info abought this unit?

VLF/TR's are not made anymore. TR is not as deep as todays better detectors. What you have is a dinosaur, but if it works it will find coins, jewrely, and junk. When you get some experience under your belt you can always upgrade if you want. In the mean time, Good Luck.

Sandman's right. That's a dinasour by today's standards. Circa late 1970s -early 1980s.
