Haven't metal detected much in a few months--only time I did was for our club hunt and short evening hunts. Finally getting back into the groove as school is out.

Found a new area at my favorite baseball field that I hadn't dug previously. Dug my first buffalo of the year--better late than never! :)

While the weather was excellent (50 degrees and mostly sunny), unfortunately the grass hadn't been cut for a while and it was quite hard to swing a giant coil around. Called it quits after an hour.

Not pictured, a few wheat cents, 5-6 forks and spoons, and lots of trash.

Hoping to find more soon, this great weather doesn't last forever here in South Carolina..

If I could have recovered that Buffalo in my frozen world today I would have been in paradise. Nice to get back after it and actually score one for the treasure chest.:icon_thumright:
