So hit a site in Gettysburg Saturday and Tuesday. Didn't find much. Any thoughts on the oval tag?

It looks like a part to the McClellan saddle. I dug one earlier this year and that was what mine was. Is it brass? Were you on private property? How did you find them? The bottles look very clean.

Yes. Private property. The two coke bottles were together on top of a rock formation. The pony on another. The smaller bottle I found on the ground. The two tags were found about 4 inches down a good 1/4 mile apart. I don't think it is brass.

The bottles aren't worth much.. there from the late 60's - 70's.. Nice finds though.
