Just got in from My weekend hunt, And a good one it was, Got to run the DEUS for the first time but also ran my ctx 3030.. My Oldest Merc Yet as well as it looks like a 1910 wheat.. But hard to tell for sure since it is so corroded. then a couple 50's wheats.. Also the 1952 Rosie.. But the Strangest one is the Micro Penny.. It is a darn fine replica of the real deal marker 1964 s.. But the size is tiny!!..

Any ways check these out, LOL

Scratched the heck out of this nice 1918s MERC:( I hate hard pack DIRT!!:sadsmiley:

This is funny. I found this about a week ago. It is pretty toasted, but looks like a regular penny. Much smaller. Wonder what it could be? small penny 002.JPG

Nice silver and wheats! Congrats!
Things usually come in 3's, somebody else will probably find one too.
The only smaller than normal coins besides jewelry that I have found is coins that have been stuck in a washing machine for a while and then the rim on the edge is worn off.

Bummer about the Merc but we've all done it. Be thankful it wasn't a real special coin. By the way, one of your 18S Mercs escaped; I found it yesterday in Pennsylvania!
