Glass detector??

I went on about an hour hunt this morning and found plenty of soda bottles, what I think is a pharmaceutical bottle and a glass dish. When I got home I was asked, "Your metal detector detects glass too?" I couldn't hep myself and just had to say, "Yep!"
Here's my finds.....

OH Crawdigger, "Yep" leads me to believe I can still see the twinkle in your eyes when you said it! That's the spirit!! My XLT seems to like to find holes in the ground and tell me there is a target. I dig a little and nothing but a hole. Glass detector no, hole detector maybe. Yep, shame on you, Lol..................63bkpkr

When u dig the empty hole, does your signal just disappear? That happens to me too occasionally.

Beleive it or not, I have found a soda bottle with my detector... there was a metal thing inside it for holding on the lid and that is how I found it... Its the one in the middle, you can still see the metal thingy!

I believe it. I can't tell you how many I have broken with my shovel. I always have to remind myself to dig patiently and carefully. Here's a beer bottle I dug because of its metal cap still in tack and still full of beer!

If I break up a majority of the hole then yes it goes away, like the far end of a mole tunnel, but if there is still more tunnel underneath then the signal is still there...................63bkpkr
