Hey, W'Daddy, that's GREAT! You live in the boonies, too!! Time to mow that yard, though. Get those muscles and sinews loosened up. ;D Love the deer. Did you eat it??? Glad it finally warmed up for ya; I know it was a l-o-o-o-o-n-g winter.

I'm going on vacation now on my 90 acres. For 12 days, I don't plan to leave the property! :D See all ya'll when I return! -Noodle

Gotta love that deck...looks like its new, or just pressure washed it

New last Aug.Old one wore out.Designed this as I went. It's ready for the water sealer now, want the job? It's 60'x12,14'w under the roof and then 5'x24 out shoot w/12'hex.Probably 12-13 gal of sealer required if I don't do the underside.

Let's see if I do the water seal it would take a full month. Yea I could sleep on the deck and enjoy the view. What do you feed a guy besides venison? May be I could make this a summer project. Store up the food my friend here I come. :D :D :D

Beautiful view! Here's an idea. Find a good spot for us to come and hunt. For the reward, get the Tnetter's that can make it each a brush and a quart of Thompson's. Then you kick back on the Adirondack recliner with some good Missouri wine and watch us swing the brushes. ;)

I shot my last deer in 1957! Don't shoot anything now except coyotes. The does bring their fawns into the back yard and I watch them jump and play, although they do eat the roses. But all of them, even the rabbits are named 'baby' to me now. They let me get pretty close without trotting off.I do let my handicapped cousin come over every year and get one,no fawn or yearling, along with a turkey.Been a lot of turkey this year.Last week I heard one outside and went out he was struttin' in the front yard, one of the biggest I'd seen. The next day,I heard my neighbor shoot early and later he told me he got a huge turkey,26lbs w/double beard. Now why would anyone want to shoot an old bird like that? But I congratulated him anyway.I certainly do not have anything against hunting,I did a lot when I was younger. It just doesn't seem the same to me now.

Heck, if my deck had a view like that, I'd be out there all day (wouldn't get any work done either)
