You may have found some ones water finds. Many of the nickles that I pull from fresh water have that Blued look from tarnishing in the water. Clad does the same thing. Good luck.HH! Chris

I would agree with you but this a coin bag directly from the mint so there is no possible way that they have seen any water. thanks again.

Could be the metal composition of those coins or heat can have a direct impact on the aging on toning of coins. The dies may have got overheated but the likely culprit is Metal composition.
