Last year I bought the Gold Hog Piglet with the clay claw and the extension. I paid for it via PayPal, later I was refunded the price of the clay claw. I think the comment said "as a thank you" or something like that. I also have the gold hog multi sluice. I lost the pvc restrictor plug for it. I emailed and asked the dimensions so I could make another one. Their customer service said he would just send me a new one for free. Not too mention I reran about a gallon of -30 black sands from my blue bowl and captured about .25 grams with the multi sluice once I got the restrictor. Great products and customer service second to none.
