Thanks Kevin :) have been doing some looking and there are a few places... A lot of talk about lost mines too.. Thats right up my street.... I like to find lost things... And a gold mine is right up there ;)

This has been discussed in several threads. Yes, gold in the Llano uplift area, but you better not plan on paying for that vacation. Sandy Creek, Llano River, NW of Llano, Texas. Maybe the upper Rio Grande(?), but you best avoid the border. Again, check the threads. We have some folks that are working as I type...
