Good day today at the beach. Found a gold Ring at the beach - diamonds are real. Checked with a diamond detector. Found using Beach 2 as a gold checker program. The target ID response 18

Gold cross found using gold2. The target ID response was 1.

The glob of shells has a good sounding target in the mix somewhere so I will break it up some day and see what it is. This beach I am at has some nice cuts in it and I found the ring, cross and two shell clumps in the lowest part of the cut at low tide. And the other two metallic things are can slaw and found a piece of sea glass laying on the surface today. I am going to walk down to the beach for some night hunting along the shore in just a few minutes.
Cheers,

Thanks you guys! Of course, what is not shown is how much trash I have dug in the last year before finding these. I am going to start keeping all trash finds now because since I have been reading and learning and then training my ears, I think I may be getting to the point where I can select the good targets much better than I used to do I won’t have as much or at least not giant pieces of can slaw. It makes a difference now that I am seeing more of the picture than before when I just turned on the detector and went without talking to you veterans and learning how to build skills in this hobby and have the right attitude helps as well. I don’t get frustrated like used to.
