Beach & Shallow Water Hunting
I haven't posted in a while. I went out detecting yesterday. A typical day of detecting is up at 3 am depart at 330 am drive 120 miles to a beach and detect it all day until 530 or 6 pm and then back home. Walking on the beach and in the water normally is 7 to 10 miles. Yesterday was finally a good day. Found a spot where the sand had shifted and opened up the bottom a little bit. There is nothing better than hearing that heavy metal ping in the scoop and looking down to see something shinny. I managed to get one 14K ring, one silver and one junk ring along with the other items. I actually found 6 pair of glasses yesterday but they were in bad shape. Thanks for looking. Stay safe out there and enjoy being out in God's world.

Great finds and the gold band looks heavy. Congrats
And I thought I had it rough getting up at 4:30 am to hunt the beach by 6 am.
You make it look like I sleep in!

120 miles ?

I noticed your info says your on Treasure Coast... So... do you drive across the State to West Coast to hunt ?

I drive South. There is more to find them where I live except when there is a good Storm and cuts.

Nice haul Garry. I noticed some clad mixed in with your pull tabs and caps. Better clean that up a little better.

Stay off my beach Garry. Lol. Nice one. Congrats

I need to stop by from time to time do I can help with the gold pollution. It's not good for that to be in the water. Have a great week[emoji3]
