Gold on the beach II

I just had to visit the beach today as well, and was hoping for some luck. It didn't take long before i had a lot of curios people flocking around me like vultures, so i decided to go home and try again tomorrow instead. I turned the coil around and got a strong signal, i started to dig and 25cm down i could see an shiny object in the sandscoop- i quickly grabbed it and put it in my pocket, and started to talk about all the rubbish on the beach.

When i came home i saw that i had found a beautiful 14k white goldring. I am so happy, because i have not found goldrings on the beach before.

I'm sorry for the poor quality of the photos, but there is no more daylight here now.

Right on, good stuff man! I am curious, have you tried the 'headphones' trick to ward off curious people by seeming 'busy'? And how do you get rid of them when they approach you?

To get rid of them, I would pull out the headphone jack and scan them like an airport security guard.
